Compliance Administrator

Based in Belfast city centre, we are renowned for our commitment to quality and excellence.  We specialise in the recruitment and placement of temporary Nurses and Healthcare Assistants across Northern Ireland.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join our growing team.


About the Role:

The Compliance Administrator will play a vital role in supporting our team of experienced Healthcare Consultants. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires a strong administrative background and excellent organisational skills. You’ll help ensure smooth recruitment operations and support the compliance, training, and booking departments of our agency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment of Nurses and Healthcare Assistants through advertising, applicant screening, and coordination
  • Monitor application responses and send out recruitment packs to prospective candidates
  • Organise and schedule training sessions; maintain accurate training records on our CRM system
  • Maintain up-to-date candidate files in line with compliance requirements
  • Maintain a friendly relationship with all active candidates
  • Adhere to all internal recruitment processes and policies
  • General administrative and housekeeping duties as required


Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum 2 years’ administration experience in a busy office environment
  • Ability to commit to full-time hours (35 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
  • Strong administrative skills with a process-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment
  • Knowledge of the healthcare sector is desirable but not essential
